Rotiform Aerodisc Livery
Graphic system for wheel covers

Project statement
Aerodiscs cover the wheel, which means they cover a rotating circle that most livery work ignores. This project treats the wheel as a graphic platform of its own, independent from the body.
Design direction
Graphic boldness within a circular constraint. Every design had to hold its identity through rotation — reading clearly at any stop point.
Design details
- 01
Radial composition
Each livery is composed for the circle, not cropped from a rectangle. Balance around the axis is deliberate.
- 02
Rotation awareness
Designs remain legible when the wheel is moving and when it's parked — two different problems.
- 03
System thinking
Fifteen treatments exploring the same constraint. The set, viewed together, forms a language.
