Manifesto
Every machine leaves the factory with a character someone else decided for it. We redesign that character — proportion, stance, surface, light — until the vehicle belongs to the person driving it.
Kitsune Kustom works at the intersection of industrial design and aftermarket craft. Nothing is bolted on without reason. Everything is drawn, modeled and refined before it exists.
Understand the machine, the owner and the intent behind it.
Explore directions. Discard the obvious. Keep what has tension.
Draw the surfaces. Establish proportion, stance and identity.
Translate into CAD. Refine surfaces at production tolerance.
Iterate. Reduce. Remove anything that doesn't earn its place.
Prototype, test, produce. Digital becomes physical.

About the founder
Kitsune Kustom was founded by a transportation and industrial designer with a background in surface modeling, reverse engineering and product development.
The studio exists because customization deserves to be treated as a design discipline — not an assembly of parts. Every Kitsune Kustom project begins as an idea and ends as a designed object.

Digital Fabrication
Tension without noise. Attitude without theatrics.
Every visual gesture earns its place through purpose.
Materials and forms that tell the truth about what they do.
Stance, mass and volume tuned like a chassis.
Lines that pull against each other — deliberately.
One machine. One owner. One direction.
From digital to physical
Every Kitsune Kustom product begins in software and is refined on the surface. The digital and the physical are never separated in our process.
If you have a machine worth transforming, we would like to hear about it.
