Project statement
The intent was to reduce the visual mass of a modern motorcycle without losing its functional presence — and to introduce a moving element that gives the front end a character most cafe racers don't have.
Design direction
Reduction first, then a single dramatic gesture: the pop-up headlight. Everything else serves the proportion of the machine.

A mechanical headlight assembly that stays flush when closed and transforms the front-end identity when deployed.

Livery study
A two-tone treatment explored across multiple skins to test how the shape reads at different graphic densities.

Tank and tail proportions
A slimmer tank profile and short cantilevered tail that open the silhouette around the engine.
